Our spacious Sports Hall provides a bright, modern environment suitable for a wide range of activities, from basketball and badminton to community fitness sessions, club training or children’s holiday camps. High ceilings, a sprung maple floor, and excellent lighting make it ideal for both competitive sport and general recreation. Adjoining changing rooms and viewing areas ensure the space works as well for spectators as for participants.
Swimming Pool and Teaching Pool

Teaching Pool: 3.5m × 2.5m
Our indoor Swimming Pool offers a clean, well-maintained environment for swimming lessons, club sessions or aquatic fitness activities. The pool hall benefits from excellent natural light and a viewing gallery for parents and instructors. A smaller Teaching Pool sits alongside, ideal for younger swimmers or small-group instruction. Both pools are supported by male and female changing facilities and are maintained to full PWTAG and health & safety standards.
Drama Studio

The Drama Studio is a flexible performance and rehearsal space that captures the creative heart of Town Close. With a carpeted floor, modern smart screen and sound system, and blackout capability, it transforms seamlessly from rehearsal room to performance venue. Perfect for drama workshops, dance rehearsals, or local theatre productions, it provides a professional yet welcoming setting for creativity to thrive.
Read Hall Performance Space
Approximate Size: 10m × 5.5m
A charming and atmospheric performance area, Read Hall offers a more traditional theatre setting, with stage lighting and tiered seating options. It is ideal for smaller productions, music recitals, talks or presentation evenings, and its warm acoustics and elegant surroundings create an inviting experience for both audience and performer.
Green Room / Meeting Space

The Green Room provides a calm, comfortable setting for meetings, small workshops or breakout sessions. Its quiet atmosphere and adaptable layout make it equally suitable for professional gatherings or creative collaboration.

Modern, well-equipped and naturally lit, our classrooms are available for educational or training purposes on request. Each room offers flexible seating layouts, interactive screens, and access to on-site facilities.
