As part of their RE syllabus, our Year 6 pupils visited Walsingham to learn about the different Christian denominations. They enjoyed tours of the Methodist, Roman Catholic and Orthodox Churches as well as the Anglican Shrine. A comprehensive exploration of each site gave the children a first-hand experience of the distinctive religious buildings and an insight into how the different denominations worship.
