A140 from Ipswich

1. Follow the A140 towards Norwich
2. Go straight over the Tesco Traffic Lights
3. Go straight over the next set of Traffic Lights
4. Keep straight - past Holiday Inn on the right
5. Go straight over Pedestrian Traffic Lights
6. Get into the right hand lane (ultimately middle lane) to go straight over Traffic Lights
7. Keep straight - go straight over another set of Pedestrian Traffic Lights
8. Very soon you'll see a little white cottage on the left, projecting onto the pavement.
9. Turn in left just before the cottage, through the gates and down to the bottom of the drive. Parking for visitors should be available near the porch.

A11 from Thetford

1. After dual carriageway, go straight through two sets of traffic lights
2. Turn right at the roundabout onto the Outer Ring Road
3. At 1st set of Traffic Lights, turn left onto the Ipswich Road (A140)
4. Approximately 300 yds on the left (and just past a set of Pedestrian Traffic Lights) there is a white cottage, which projects slightly onto the pavement.
5. Turn in left just before the cottage, through the gates and down to the bottom of the drive. Parking for visitors should be available near the porch.
